Yes. Revio is a free download with no ads and no in-app purchases today. A paid Revio Pro upgrade with OBD2 diagnostics is planned. Everything in the free app stays available without it.
No. There is no sign-up and no login. You type your name and currency once, add your car, and you are in.
Only on your iPhone, in a local database. Revio does not send your vehicles, records, costs or photos to any server. That is why the App Store label reads "Data Not Collected".
Because nothing is stored in the cloud, export your history to PDF from Settings before you switch, so you keep a full copy of every record.
