Revio is a vehicle maintenance tracking app that helps you manage your cars, log service records, track expenses, and stay on top of insurance and tax renewals, all in one place.
The app supports multiple vehicles, provides spending insights and analytics, and lets you attach photos to each maintenance record for easy reference. Revio is published by Revio LLC.
Your data and privacy
Revio is built with a privacy-first approach. All data you enter, including vehicles, service records, costs, photos and personal preferences, is stored exclusively on your device in a local database.
No data is ever transmitted to external servers, third parties or the internet. Nothing is shared. Revio does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your email address or phone number. In line with this, Revio's App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".

Permissions
Revio only asks for a permission when you use the feature that needs it. You can change any permission later in the iPhone Settings app.
- Camera. Lets you photograph receipts, parts and repairs and attach them directly to a service record.
- Photo library. Lets you pick existing photos to attach to a record, and save compressed photos to your library when you export records. Photos are stored only on your device and never uploaded anywhere.
- Notifications. Lets Revio remind you about upcoming or overdue maintenance and renewals.
Notifications
Reminders are generated on your iPhone from the mileage and dates you enter, and delivered as local notifications. Revio does not use a push notification server and does not register your device with any external service.
Third parties
Revio contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking SDKs. We do not sell, rent or trade any information.
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash reports and usage statistics through App Store Connect. Apple controls this, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings, Privacy and Security, Analytics and Improvements.
Website contact form
This section covers the contact form on this website, not the app. When you send a message, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter. We use them only to read and answer your message, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Messages are delivered to us by Web3Forms, an email forwarding service, which processes them under its own privacy policy. We keep your message in our email inbox for as long as needed to help you. To have it deleted, ask in a new message through the same form.
Data deletion
You have full control over your data at all times. You can edit or delete any record, remove a vehicle together with all of its records, or permanently delete everything with Reset All Data in Settings. Deleting the app from your device removes all associated data.
Because we never receive your data, we cannot recover it for you. Export a PDF first if you want to keep a copy.
Children
Revio is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data leaves the device, no personal information from children is collected.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Revio changes how data is handled, for example with the planned Revio Pro features, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change ships, and update the App Store privacy label if required.
